“No!” to shipped formalin and UFC
Quality of such resin components as formalin and UFC requires careful attention. Gross UFC vendors advertising their UFC have every right to mention its numerous advantages, but market-grade UFC has, in fact, some shortcomings as well – unstable molar reading, necessity of the long-term storage, contamination. All this mentioned degrades the quality of the finished product.
To achieve real market quality of the product there is only one option: good quality of the raw materials. And the only way to ensure the full control over the raw material quality is to synthesize it on site.
On site UFC and formalin – means profit!
Advantages of the on site UFC and formalin manufacturing are:
- better quality of the resin
- on-site made UFC is 10-20% cheaper
- free formaldehyde content is low — resulting in a ecologically safe wood based (emission class E1)
- resin curing time is shorter
- Possibility to produce UFC 75% with lesser viscosity — option for winter time

Methanol free formaldehyde solution – resin becomes harmless
Methanol free formaldehyde solution synthesis is a modern “know how” that allows to produce ecologically safe resins. Phenol-formaldehyde and melamine-formaldehyde resins, manufactured on our equipment contain less than 0,3% methanol! Methanol emission into atmosphere is less than one tenth of the usual process emission.
Methanol free formaldehyde solution is unstable, it can be stored by high temperatures for the short time only and is not transportable commercially, so the only solution - to synthesize it on site.
