Safe Technologies, Inc company was founded in 2000 in St. Petersburg. The Company integrates consulting, engineering, procurement, construction and program management capabilities. It's scope of activites includes:

The company focuses on modern cutting edge engineering solutions, the fact that assures its leading position in business - annual turnover increase of the company exceeds 30%. The company has its own manufacturing facility as well as research department, spaced on 50 000 m2.
One of our closest partners is US company CAL Polymers, the world leader in UFC and formaldehyde solution plants designing and construction.

Chemical industry facilities design and construction
Safe Technology, Inc offers unique solution in the field of urea-formaldehyde concentrate (UFC) and formaldehyde solution production. This technology proved many times its numerous advantages and competitive abilities, also with the help of successfully won bids even if such giants as Haldor Topsoe or Perstorp were around.
Chemical industry always has potentially strong impact on the environment and therefore ecological requirements in this area of human activity are to be strictly conformed to. This is exactly the reason for naming the Company Safe Technologies - our main concern is to ensure maximum protection of Nature.
Years of focused development have made our UFC technology effective and safe. Our plants are now cheaper, less energy consuming, more cost effective in comparison with similar available types of plants. The cooperation is established with leading research design enterprises like Plywood Research Institute (CNIIF), Wood industry research institute (VNIIDREV), GIPRODREVPROM Institute, total budget of accomplished projects amounts to $60 Mio.
Aside from UFC plants Safe Technologies, Inc accumulated significant experience in the field of ammonia carbon salts - valuable raw material for manganese concentrate manufacturing. A new, more cost effective technology was implemented here for the first time in Europe.
Waste treatment integrated solutions
Safe Technologies, Inc implements waste treatment integrated solutions based on waste thermal destruction technology. This is the world leading waste management technology that allows utilization of all types of waste: municipal solid waste, hazardous medical waste, oil sludges and other industrial waste.
Environmental safety never leaves the focus of our attention. Our company is an active member of the Ecologists' Guild. Our research team has created an effective multistage gas purification system, that was widely approved both inside Russia and abroad.
As a waste management solution we offer "turnkey" waste treatment plants, based on our vast accumulated experience in the field of industrial construction. Our waste treatment plants are capable not only of waste elimination, they are designed to allow maximum usage of the heat created in the process. Saved by heat recovery equipment energy is directed then to heating or power systems of the enterprise or neighbouring area.

Power industry plants designing and construction
Since 2001 Safe Technologies, Inc develops its power construction branch. The company carries out designing, constructing and furnishing of steam power boiler facilities, implementing energy recovery multistage heat exchanging processes as well.

Our affiliated chemical equipment manufacturing shop BT Chemmash. is one of the leading enterprises in the field of producing chemical industry equipment e.g. heatexchangers, reactor vessels, filters, towers and tanks with or without agitation. Our equipment is widely used at chemical enterprises as well as in oil refining industry and metallurgical engineering.
